William Thr Bechtold is a French abstract painter living and working in Manchester, UK. Having moved from France over a decade ago in search of new challenges, he has drawn inspiration from the city's cultural diversity, creative spirit, and dynamic urban energy.

Beginning his painting practice in 2021, he has developed a distinctive body of work centred on experimentation, intuition, and the physical process of painting.
